Great Britain – The digital marketing group S4 Capital has taken over the Latin American data and analysis consultancy Digodat and merged with MightyHive.
Digodat was founded in 2015 by Alan Daitch and Mauro Giordano. Digodat's services include audits and implementations for digital analysis, location optimization, data visualization and insights, and predictive models.
The company has around 50 data specialists and operates in Argentina, Colombia, Chile and Mexico.
The merger of Digodat with MightyHive expands S4 Capital's analytics offering and offers Digodat customers, including Google and Telecom Argentina, media buying and advisory services.

The terms of the contract have not been announced.
