Government-released deaths in the UK, including deaths inside and outside hospitals, rose 126 to 44,517.
But none of the newly reported deaths occurred in Shropshire, where 186 patients died in the hospital after becoming infected with Covid-19.
According to the latest NHS data, only two patients have died in county hospitals in the past 18 days.
To date, 166 people have died of the virus at the NHS Trust in Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital, 15 at the Shropshire Community Health Trust and five at Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Orthopedic Hospital near Oswestry.
Another 140 people died of coronavirus in the county nursing homes, 95 in the Shropshire Council area and 45 in Telford & Wrekin.
A further 42 deaths were announced in hospitals in England today, although 13 deaths that were previously incorrectly reported have been removed from the statistics, bringing the death toll in English hospitals to 28,969.
The death toll in Wales rose today by four to 1,538. According to the National Statistics Office, 92 people have died of the virus in Powys so far.
