Man ‘assaulted by teenagers’ while walking through Ashford park with his family

A man has been reported to have been attacked while walking with his family through an Ashford park.

The incident is said to have taken place on Monday (August 3rd) at 9:23 pm in Victoria Park on Jemmett Road.

The victim was reported to have suffered a head injury and was hospitalized.

Three teenagers were arrested in connection with the incident.

They are between 16 and 19 years old and are currently in detention.

A Kent Police spokesman said: "A man and his family are reported to have been walking through the park after being involved in an argument with three men who attacked him.

"He suffered a head injury and was taken to a local hospital for treatment."
