In a letter to Boris Johnson, Brexit Facts4EU.Org writes for broad Brexit thinking
On Friday, the Prime Minister made a televised statement, and No. 10 then stated so "The trade talks are over". Today, Sunday 18 October 2020, Brexit Facts4EU.Org is leading a campaign by 11 Brexit organizations calling on the Prime Minister to "finish the job".
The 11 Brexit organizations and eight influential people who signed the letter to the Prime Minister did so because It is now important to withdraw from the right of withdrawal (WA).
The reasons are simple
When the UK exercised its right to leave the European Union, it entered the WA process on the basis of one essential condition: the EU would act in good faith to reach a future permanent arrangement that would safeguard sovereignty of the United Kingdom and secures a free trade agreement.
It is now clear that the EU has repeatedly and consistently broken its commitments.
The representatives of a broad spectrum of Brexit thinking are now calling on the Prime Minister to act
Prime Minister, you have made a strong statement that the EU does not seem interested in a normal trade deal. In this case we urge you to:
- Announce that the cancellation agreement and the cancellation protocol are no longer legally binding with effect from January 1, 2021.
- Implementation of alternative arrangements for the north-south border on the island of Ireland under the Good Friday Agreement from the end of 2020 to ensure that the British government does not have to impose a hard border.
- Stop making payments to the EU in accordance with WA regulations.
- Claim the UK's fair share of the European Investment Bank.
- Unilaterally grant favorable treatment to EU citizens residing in the UK in accordance with the UK legal framework
The UK government must now repeal and annul the withdrawal agreement due to the violation of the European Union. Anything else would be a betrayal of democracy, sovereignty and international law.

The 11 Brexit organizations that co-signed our letter to Boris Johnson today represent a broad spectrum of Brexit thinking and a very large number of voters.
This problem is serious. Rights and mistakes aside as to whether the UK government should ever have signed the hideous withdrawal agreement, it is now perfectly clear that the EU has failed to comply. The government must therefore immediately repeal it and declare it null and void.
From our point of view and from the point of view of the 10 other Brexit groups as well as from the point of view of the Center for Brexit Politics (who could not sign because they are “not a campaign organization”) it is important that the WA is invalid In front December 31, 2020.
If this does not happen, the UK will remain under the yoke of the EU for decades to come.
Mr. Johnson, please act now and finish the job
